We recommend that key stakeholders such as senior management members as well as CRM admins and end-users participate during these workshops and share their requirements and feedback their current CRM experience. A combination of this will help us understand the systems health from all angles.

The health check will start with a set of key questions to ascertain areas for improvement. These key items are

  • User groups who use the system, what their usage intention is and if these are being fulfilled
  • User groups collaborating seamlessly with the required cross-department insight into your customer data
  • Users relying on other solutions to complete their daily tasks, if there is a lack in system know-how, if users adhere to given business processes
  • Users showing resistance to adopt the solution and identifying causes for this
  • Target ROI and if this has been met, where monetary improvements can be made
  • Are all areas and functions of Sugar being used to its fullest
  • Analysis of data quality, such as data completion and duplication

During the first part of this session we’ll be reviewing these key items and identify areas of improvement. These will then be followed up with our suggestions based on our vast know-how on CRM implementation across various industries. Dependant on these suggestions, an action plan will be designed for you with time-scales of completion in which we will offer our assistance to put these items into movement.

Once the professional service has been ordered via the checkout page, we’ll be in touch to arrange a day and time for the session and gather further details and requirements from you.

The Session

  • This is a 6-hour healthcheck session
  • Your SugarCRM system will be reviewed during this session
  • We will happily sign your NDA prior to the healthcheck session
  • It is recommended that no more than 3 people attend this session
  • The session can be split into two 3-hour sessions if preferred
  • Contact us should you have specific requirements or wish to focus on certain areas during the healthcheck session
