With SugarBPM (Business Process Management) you can streamline common business processes by managing approvals, sales processes, call triaging, sending reminders and more.
SugarBPM comes with a list of modules that interact to create a process flow (= Process Definition). We will show you how these modules work and how to easily use the drag-and-drop feature to build a visual process flow.
Following elements will be covered during this session:
- Get to know the canvas do design your process flows in Process Definitions
- We will demonstrate every building block that can go into a Process Definition with an example to visualise its purpose
- How to incorporate Process Email Templates and how to include variables in links when building templates
- What Business Rules are and how to incorporate these into your process flow
- How to validate, activate and test your process flows
- View and troubleshoot running processes in the Processes List and Log Viewer
- How to build Approval or Assignment Rules and how to work with the Processes dashlet
