Duplicate Lead Detective will provide you with a Lead-based dashlet that will help you identify duplicate Leads against the below Sugar stock modules:
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Leads
This in turn prevents the development of bad and duplicated data in your CRM, thus meaning your Leads are unique and verified.
How does the dashlet work?
The Duplicate Lead Detective dashlet leverages key Sugar fields, such as the
- Account Name
- Contact Name
- Email Address
- Phone Numbers
to identify duplicate records by running a background search on your Sugar database.
The dashlet will categorise your data by module and list any duplicates identified. It will highlight the criteria by which the duplicate was recognised by (for example by Email Address), with a clickable link to access the record for your review.
Can we configure and prioritise what identifies as a duplicate?
Absolutely! You can
- Enable or Disable modules from being included in the duplicate check
- Enable or Disable key fields from being included in the duplicate check
- Set a severity level on the key fields to highlight duplicates with a warning (high alert) or caution (low alert) flag
